Grapefruit juice concentrate
Baja citrus seasoning packet
2 tbs vinegar
2 tbs evoo
Mix well in a freezer bag.
Can be frozen at this point.
When ready to cook, bake at 375 degrees until cooked through or can be cooked in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
Great over rice!
