Honey Maple Mustard Turkey & Carrots

1/2 11 oz container inglehoffer honey maple mustard 
2 tbs red wine vinegar
Squirt of honey
Salt
Carrots
1 to 1.5 lbs Turkey 
Can be frozen at this point. 
When ready to cook, bake at 375 degrees until cooked through or can be cooked in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
