Chicken Scaloppine


2 ckn breasts
Frozen spinach
1 McCormick packet
3 tbs evoo
6 tbs balsamic
1/4 c water
Can be frozen at this point. 

(Add some mushrooms and 1 c white wine on cooking day.)

When ready to cook, add in white wine and bake at 375 degrees until cooked through or can be cooked in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours. Add in sautéed mushrooms during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve over pasta
