Cranberry BBQ Turkey & Zucchini

1.5 lb turkey (or chicken) 
1/2 to 3/4 c BBQ sauce
1/2 pkg fresh cranberries
1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Salt
1 shredded zucchini
(Add honey or coconut sugar at cooking time)
Can be frozen at this point. 
When ready to cook, bake at 375 degrees until cooked through or can be cooked in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
